- Off-Site Utilities including 2, 400 Lf -8” Water Main, Air Release Valves, Fire Hydrants, Domestic Services, 2,400 Lf-8” Sewer, 600 lf of boring underneath Interstate-40 and 500 Lf of Forced Sewer Main with Lift Station.
- On-Site Utilities including Storm Drainage, Oil Water Separator, Air, Natural Gas, Sanitary Sewer, Fire Protection and Domestic Water.
- On-Site Earthwork, Paving, Striping, Building Concrete and Site Concrete.
- Off-Site Earthwork, Realignment of Interstate Off/On Ramps, Frontage Road Reconstruction, Drainage, Paving, Striping and Signage.
